The Puerto Rican War

 The Puerto Rican War is a woodcut novelette about Puerto Rican Revolutionaries fighting American colonialism in 1950. It is comprised of 96 hand carved blocks of wood. It is a part of the collection of Thomas J. Watson Library at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

This Book is currently out of print however a third printing is being prepared to be released summer 2022.

Also included on this page are images from my show “No Moral Or Legal Authority”. An exhibition of prints and puppets based on the book. The work was exhibited at The Instituto de Subcultura in Santurce Puerto Rico, summer 2021.
